Prolia treatment for osteoporosis: What is your experience?

I started the prolia injections 20 months ago. I have had no problems with them. (3 so far). I'm due for another bone scan in June. However I need some dental work and I'm worried about the effects of prolia. I did not find out about the possibility of jaw necrosis until recently. Educate yourself about all the side effects.

I just finished a year of Evenity and so I am set to start Prolia in 2 weeks. My scores improved on Evenity so now I have osteopenia, no longer osteoporosis. I am 60 and don’t want to take Prolia for the rest of my life. Is further treatment always necessary? I am encouraged however, hearing that you have no side effects. Stay well.
