Thousands times I am thinking of metastases. That would explain shortness of breath, nausea, pain ( last night his pain was like nothing before- soft tissue pain in upper leg)., sudden arrhythmia, etc.,etc. Half a year ago his PSA was close to undetectable, xrays of his bones of lower abdomen - no changes, bone scan - normal.
