Thank you so much from your prompt response and information. I will definitely follow up with the information you sent. Our dermatologist gave me a sample of CereVe Itch Relief. Glad to hear you are doing well. Did you need to follow up with another course of treatment after Tymlos?
Hi Chris - I am starting Tymlos in a few months. I was on Prolia for 4 years and then last March I fractured my femur. Which can be a side effect of Prolia. Then went on Forteo (terepartide) for 6 months but unfortunately had to stop as my calcium and phosphorus went up drastically. Now onto Tymlos. I am confused as to everyone on these posts are talking about increasing the dose gradually but when I spoke to the pharmacist at specialty cvs pharmacy, was told they have no idea what I was talking about. There is only one dose. Can you please explain how the pen works. Thxs
@artscaping I'm new to this group. My DXA scan last week indicated my T-score was -3.7 in lumbar spine and -3.1 in the proximal femur. Not good. Haven't started treatment and my GP referred me to endo as she's not sure of how to advise on most appropriate medication.. Thinking of Tymlos. May I ask which areas you had gains in? I also am living with lymphocytic colitis which does not help matters any with its resultant weight loss and the malabsorption issues. Thank you in advance.
