Hi gabe, know it’s been a couple years since you have posted on this thread. However I stumbled upon your post and feel like I have started to struggle with the same symptoms. It feels like every minute I have to take a deep breathe and even then it doesn’t feel like it’s satisfied me. I rang my doctor and she said I may be breathing incorrectly. However it’s been a few days and this still affects me. Wondering if you’ve had any more luck

Hi @jeddles , you've come to the right place because this thread is very active! So many people are dealing with the same sorts of symptoms so it's nice to have a group of people who support each other and remind us that we're not alone. It sounds like it has started fairly recently for you. Was there any sort of event that took place that you think may have kick started the issue, or has it been more gradual?

Since I first started dealing with the daily dyspnea, there have been many ups and down but I've been at a place over the past few years where the symptoms come and go but aren't as severe as when it first started. Doing breathing exercises, doing physical exercise and taking walks when I can, learning to slow the breath and only breathe through my nose have all been things that have helped me improve. There are still other areas of my health that need work (I could be eating better), I feel like the exercises have helped greatly.

Are you active and if so, does exercise or some level of physical activity affect the breathing?
