Hi, Anyone else had a stimulation device implanted for chronic ankle pain? My ankle issue is entering its 8th year and I’ve tried GPs, orthopedists, PTs, podiatrists, cortisone injections, RF nerve ablations, acupuncture, and various medications. The RFA has stopped working after 4-5 injections. I don't think surgery is an option, but those horror stories about these stimulation devices are terrifying.

Welcome @egrolman, I've moved your 2 messages into one discussion that appears in both the Chronic Pain group and the Bones, Joints & Muscles group simultaneously. That way you only have to follow one discussion of responses to your questions about treatment for tarsal tunnel syndrome. I'd like to bring @jeanniem @kp6350 @bkelley5 @summertime4 and others into this discussion.
