Good...Think I know exactly what you mean...It's like the pressure is what limits you and not congestion directly in the lungs. Therefore attributing it to inflammation..?

@bunzman The pressure/heaviness is kind of like an engine governor as it keeps me from doing as much/as fast/as long like I used to less than a year ago and even this past summer in June and July when I was recovered from covid but before the first shot. The heaviest inflammation and resulting fatigue tends to increase after activity that I now consider strenuous where it wasn't very strenuous before. 8-16 hours or more after the activity rather than instantly after. I hear it called "Post Exertional Malaise" when I hear others speak about the fatigue symptoms.
