Has anyone tried the HF10 Spinal Cord Stimulation Device?

I've had a Nevro SCS for about a year and a half. which has been inconsistently helpful. Nevro did a trial on me to see if would work; this is a really good idea! The trial was great, but now not so much. Nevro has MANY different programs for the HF10, and this is my problem. I need more help from Nevro to find the program that works for me at any given time. The point I want to make is that we need ongoing support from Nevro.

My trial was very good as well. It was the reason I decided to go with the implant. I have not had the implant as long as you, only three months, but have not found a program that works for me as of yet. My doctor has told me that it can take awhile before it will work but I am getting frustrated and impatient. I also need help from Nevro to find the program that works but I find support not all that supportive.

I have the Medtronic device, and had a test installation for 10 days to check if it works. Once i had my final device installed, I worked with the Medtronic rep for a few week to find the best adjustment. The rep called me every other day, to see how I goes. They finally developed 3 different settings, that I can switch between, depending how my pain level is.

I have not needed any pain medication for about 2 years now, I just adjust my unit to meet the pain requirements.
