I use bamboo socks daily. They are especially useful for me at night when I need some relief so as to sleep. I do not wear them all of the time, but they do help me. Amazon's prices are rather good. I recommend the socks that come to a little higher on the ankle. The socks do not bunch up as some regular socks do.
I can’t even imagine actually wearing socks let alone compression socks!!! My feet burn so badly that I cannot wear anything except 100% wool shoes or slippers. I haven’t tried wool socks because I don’t go out if it’s that cold and if it is I just don’t wear any because the cold actually feels better. The skin sensitivity I experience all over my body from the sfn is so significant that I scour the Internet for any and all underwear, pajamas, tops, pants that are seamless mostly, soft and definitely not clingy. I suggest that if you don’t have swelling and need something try wool.
