@interest Marta, I’m going through the same screening. It actually started a couple of years ago when a nodule was found on a pneumonia chest X-ray follow up. They haven’t changed much, the largest 10 mm.
They appeared after influensa A. Nodules can also appear after infections, including Influenza A. There is a set protocol for following nodules.
