Happy to report that all my blood work was within the normal range except platelets. These are low due to my autoimmune diseases. For the first time my ALP was normal. It had remained high due to PBC and my transplant doctor wasn’t sure if it would ever be normal. I have found, for me anyway, that glucose, uric acid, etc. that may be high due to our meds, returned to normal following diet adjustments.
