Welcome, Gina. Do you find the pins and needles subside throughout the day? Do you have other symptoms since having had COVID?

hello and thank you
I tested positive in August of 2021
Was seen in ER for dehydration pulse ox was always ok but did get secondary bronchial infection and thrush in mouth
During Covid I had numbness in my thumb and lower arm on right side and hip joint are still aching to date
I say it took me well into September until those symptoms of cough and dry mouth ceased
But then end of September I began having rapid increase in restjng heart rate and even with playing with my toddler or going for a short was I spiked up to 185 bpm
I feel Short of breathe constantly
Went for ekg and eeg and wore a monitor for 48 hours
Showed some inflammatory finding and tachycardia. It’s like things get better then reoccur
Recently I stared with the pins and needles at night
It does subside during day
But will find some
Episodes of wrist pain and numbness during the day and sometimes numb feeling in cheek
I’m not sure why this is happening and if I should seek ok an neuro or just chalk up to long Covid
Worrying about getting another vaccine as I hear long
Covid may be due to micro clots or virus still be trapped in vessels

It’s comforting to hear everyone’s stories as support thank you
