Anyone experienced nipple soreness post menopause?

I’m 54, 3 years post menopause, last week I experienced sore tender nipples and 2 days ago I began spotting with more progression today. I went to Emergency immediately. Doctor only did blood and urine tests saying all was “beautiful “ and sent me home with no explanation but a promise to order an ultra sound. It feels like a period and I feel perfectly fine. How worried should I be?

I'm sorry that you were patted on the bum and sent home. That never should have happened. It must also be frustrating that at 54 you are experiencing these symptoms. I got cramps for a long time. Oh, and yes, hot flashes! I still say to make an appointment with your gyny and have a long talk with her.
