I sent a private message to you a week ago but you did not reply. I was beginning to worry. I did 8 for a week come the second week I start pressure on my chest for only 8-9 minutes in duration. Monday my neck started getting worse. I could not move it right or left. Luckily I had an ortho appt. on Tues. The spaces are getting narrow between c3-4, 4-5, and 5-6. They going to do a cat scan. My head only wants to look down for relief. I have been up the last two nights and could not sleep. Please let me know how you are doing. The hare is worried.
