Testosterone replacement
Treatment of my prostate cancer with radiation and Lupron killed my body's ability to create testosterone so my level is now at about 13 and should be a minimum of 300.Mayo has created a plan for me to take a testosterone replacement with Arimidex but I need a urologist, endocrinologist or other physician in the Twin Cities area who is experienced with testosterone replacement and Arimidex. Does anyone know of such a person?

I should have added that I need a specialist to manage the plan Mayo created for me.
I am very surprised that anyone with prostate cancer would ever do tes therapy. I did srt and orgovyx which lowered my tes to 42 but its up to 232 now. Can anyone comment?
Some men are not able to recover from the effects of Lupron. My last T test ( Nov/21) showed me at <10 and my last Lupron shot was July/2021. It takes Lupron as long as you were on it to recover or longer in some cases. I may also need T replacement in the future.
I am not familiar with srt and orgovyx. What are they?
Orgovyx (relugolix) is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonist used to treat adult patients with advanced prostate cancer.
SRT = Stereotactic Radiation Therapy

If I take only testosterone my breasts enlarged. The purpose of Arimidex is to prevent breast development.
I have and they know of no one who could serve me.
