@baker00l We were able to each do an introduction and ask any questions we had. I do wish we were more connected though. I wonder how others that were in my class are doing.

I've had three wellness visits so far. I find them really helpful. I'm working on not needing so much sleep. My body is now used to getting into bed at 6 or 7pm so I'm getting 10 to 12 hours of sleep. My goal is 9. We've figured out some things I can do while I'm tired, but not wanting to go to bed.

Thanks so much for this information Laura! 😁 Perhaps you and I can keep chatting as we go thru this? I would like to have a rehab buddy to discuss things.
Also you mentioned that you were hoping for something new and revolutionary in your earlier post. While I also continue to search for revolutionary ideas, 4 of the 6 methods that doctors have advised me to try, have been simple lifestyle changes. I am shocked by the improvement that those 4 simple things accomplished. I think the key is for our doctors to give us just the right changes to help our individual challenges.
