MG?
Many of us do take a Vitamin D supplement, but 50,000 iu is a lot, unless you have been specifically diagnosed as deficient and are being monitored. A more normal amount would be 2000-3000 iu per day.

The reason for concern is that Vitamin D is fat soluble, and the excess doesn't just get eliminated in your urine, it gets stored in the liver. That can causliver toxicity.
Would you consider reducing the dose to a more moderate level? When I was diagnosed deficient, I used 5000 iu for about 3 months then dropped to 2000 iu when tests showed my level was normal.

Hello, K2 / MK-7 works with D3 in the body. K2 moves the D3 to areas in the body that it needs and not the arteries. K2 will actually pull calcium out of the arteries. Research it on you tube. good luck.
