Thanks for replying. When the stiffness returns, I would not be resting or sitting down; I would be moving about. The stiffness would return in a minute or two, so when I re-start the exercise program, it is like I never did the exercises.

Hi, @dismaydee I never had MUA either, I just did regular PT. Frankly I think I probably did not do as much of the prescribed PT at home as I should have because my flex is not as good as I would have liked. I can't kneel without bracing myself.

I hope you do manage to get some relief and if advised by your doctor or physical therapist I hope you do the PT exercises as much as they suggest.
