I tried the exercises and learnt about the donut cushion! I used a towel as a temporary support to raise my butt and I can’t feel the pain! Fantastic innovation. I appreciate the thumbs up. Thanks very much.

Ofemipupo, what a relief that suggestions from members like @loribmt and @auntieoakley were able to bring you relief.

I'm moved the discussion (problem and solutions) to the Spine Health group as well as the Chronic Pain and Bones, Joints & Muscles groups because I think members in those group would benefit from this conversation.

Keep up the good work with regularly doing the exercises. Simple yet effective. I pay for it if I don't stretch regularly.
