Jkrysman, does acetaminophen help your headaches or is it no longer working? How often do you get headaches?

Whoa, this is a little intimidating😮 I’m not very savvy on the whole internet thing and all that comes with the technologies. Just was diagnosed with “probable CAA “ and have just got the results of my NDSY I did this week. Averages/low averages and a couple of below expectations and difficulties were the key words on the test’s report,
Diagnosis from test , “AMNESTIC MILD COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT”.?? I’m 70.
So, I’ve been doing a lot of reading, from Boston, Harvard, John Hopkins, research studies..lots of “maybe, could be, possibly”. is this because there’s not a whole lot of brain tissue laying around to confirm a diagnosis?? I fell down a flight of stairs March 2022.. “subarachnoid hemorrhage, microbleeds , superficial siderosis rt frontoparietal and lateral temporal lobe sulci , peri ventricular white brain matter “likely” sequels of chronic micro vascular ischemia”. NO CLUE what most of that is except maybe a minor stroke when I gashed my head?? Please tell me what yr take is on this.I’m just thankful I’m alive🙏..ambulance to ER! 2days ICU, 3 day Trauma Wing in Dallas. Any replies by anyone will be helpful. I don’t see my Neuro at Mayo for another 6 wks, it’s so backlogged! When do they determine the AD/Dementia dilemma, which one I will probably get, and when? I can’t thank you enough for you’re time !
