How do you cope with Stiffness?

HELLO @bevrust and welcome to Mayo Connect. Your muscle soreness sounds like its a real problem for you. I found this information from the Arthritis foundation that may help you. It talks about why we get sore muscles and what we can do about it.

Have you spoken to your doctor about this? He/she can rule out any problems and maybe help you find a good exercise program.

I found a group for virtual walking that’s helprf many people. I’ll ask @ess77 and @artist01 to join us and tell you about the group.

Thank you….My Dr. says it is my fibromyalgia. I have Lupus also. I just had both knees replaced this year. I was stiff before surgery and I still am after a while of walking.
