I take 750 mg every 4 hours as needed. I use the capsules but you can buy in powder and play with dosing. The info on the bottles is for preworkout dosing which is much higher then I need for my itch…T high doses most people feel a strange tingling, so it is recommended to start with low dose.

Before showing, I take1500 mg and if taken on an empty stomach, I get the tingling feeling…so I try not to take on and empty stomach.
