@jenniferhunter I found this discussion because I have the same issues. However last summer it happened while standing on the lakeshore. The white foam on lapping waves turned brilliant turquoise. All other times it has happened on waking. (Not sleeping in sunlight). Another perception problem is on waking everything I see is at the wrong angle. The armoire is on the ceiling, the hanging lights are coming out of the walls etc. I’d like to know if you’ve experienced this as well.
