I’m glad to hear you monitor questions. I keep reading about Covid treatments. I am 74 with multiple comorbitities. I’m fully vaccinated and take usual precautions with diligence. If I get a breakthrough infection can I have a treatment? I realize more data are coming out on treatments for Omicron variant. My doctor told me treatments like monoclonal antibodies and antiviral pills are not available for vaccinated people. Is this true?

Thank you, MPeters. I have submitted your question to Dr. Poland for an upcoming podcast.

In the meantime, you may be interested in this discussion. @centre shares that she and her husband were fully vaccinated when they received IV monoclonal antibodies treatment after a breakthrough infection.
