Good evening we will see come Sunday how I due at 6. The poor tortoise is slowly catching up only if I have no side effects. Now if I do not get to sleep right away I will feel a tightening in my chest for a few short minutes. But lately, my RLS has been acting up really bad and I can not keep my legs still no matter what I do. it stopped the last two nights who knows why and my meds are not helping. So this disturbs my falling asleep fast. If you do your in the morning, I am thinking the hare gets a good night's sleep before the injection.

Have you gone on your trip yet or is it closer to Christmas? My kids are staying home for Christmas and not traveling across the country in a car with the kids and having to stop for a night halfway here. I will report at the start of next as to my progress.
