@windyshores and @dgm123s Good morning hope all is well. I too started over after four months of a full dose. Now I have worked my way back up. I started at 2 clicks for three weeks and then increased by one click every two weeks. This Sunday, I will start my two weeks of 7 clicks. So far no side effects. But 7 seems to be a turning point as to whether one can tolerate 7 and then 8. Time will tell, but 6 clicks or more will still do some good and help your bones. I agree with @windyshores. I hope this helps with Tymlos. Also, I had two years of Reclast and no side effects. I would leave the chem lab to go up to the 4th floor and have my infusion and go back down to work. But in the meantime before my third infusion, I was in the middle of having a dental implant. So it is all done crown on, I had to wait 5 months. By then I never had another infusion, so never finished my five years. When I finish with Tymlos, I wonder if I can finish with Reclast or something before going on a maintenance med. Stay healthy and be safe. KLH
