I use a tincture with a ratio of 8CBD to 1THC and I take 5cc of it. I take one dose in the am, one about 2 pm and then 2 am. I am on Gabapentin and since I take 2 of them at bedtime, I wait until I wake up around 2am and take the 5 cc. I keep the tincture in the fridge as they recommend. It helps control the pain. I have taken THC but I fell in June when a defective step stool collapsed. I am still feeling the aftereffects of my concussion. I hope this helped. Joan
