Yes, I have, and it works. Sometimes if I sleep or move a certain way, I will experience extreme vertigo and nausea to the point that I am non-functional. PT has fixed my problem on three occasions. The result is immediate although I do have to be careful how I move my head for several days afterward to give the crystals time to settle back where they belong.
Many times due to vertigo. It’s a great relief and something you can learn to do at home. Google Epply maneuver. ritacous@40
