I got the first CT as a baseline for Inflammatory Lung Disease as I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. I have several nodules; the petscan showed a ground glass nodule measuring up to 1.0 cm in the lung. If it grows it can be removedby laparscopy; biopsy would not work due to laciness of the borders. There are some in my Thyroid and the biopsy was benign. They are going to follow it, and look at it in May. However, the petscan found an axillary lymph node level 1 and 2 lymphadenopathy so expecting biopsy for that soon. It is all unnerving to have so many in two places, but no symptoms.
