Hello, @wpoints I'm Scott and I had a stroke, which lodged in one of my eyes. I lost all the sight in that eye so I am pleased to read you have had no vision impairment or loss!

Before my stroke, for years. I had kaleidoscopic or prismatic effects in my eyes and was told they were visionary migraines. They lasted from a few minutes to an hour or more. Other than that I had no symptoms. It just came on out of the blue as I was told stokes so often do. All this said I was not diagnosed with NAION.

Good luck with your appointment! I see my eye specialist team once a year now.
