More severe colds after Covid?

@colleenyoung You are probably right that it's just a whooper of a cold. I'd like to think that my immune system is not running on empty. I'm sorry that you and your mom were both sick. I'm over the hump, but still need cough syrup at night and I still get the sweats at various times during the day. What has been a blessing is we received a lasagna from Lasagna Love. Now that I can eat more than just gelatin it's been nice to have a homemade meal that I didn't have to make myself.

It’s possible both are true. I’d like to hear from other long haulers too. In my case, I felt suddenly better one day. My mom’s lung related symptoms are hanging on. Comfort food like lasagne cooked by someone else sounds like a great remedy.
