Yes, sweating can contribute to Bacterial vaginosis and yeast infections.

Menopause or other things that cause hormonal imbalance can contribute to the sweating. Time to talk with your gynecologist if the sweating is getting too much.

Things that can help:

Wear loose clothing.. avoid leggings, tight jeans, etc

Wear cotton underwear… at least the crotch (less popular than in past years.)

Wear natural fibers .. such as cotton or wool … especially for pajamas

You can dust area with cornstarch to be more dry.

If the pubic hair is thick or long a trim might help.

I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes recently. I was metformin. My nephew who knows everything there is to know bout metformin, said Stop taking it & ask Dr. for another med. Well I finally listened to the commercial about Jardiance & it says can cause a yeast infections. Well now what !? Lets see what PC says.
