Hi @jragu, I would like to add my welcome to Connect along with @sueinmn and other members. Do you mind sharing what prescription medicine you are on for the high cholesterol? I've had neuropathy in my feet and legs for more than 20 years but only bothered to get a diagnosis about 5 years or so ago. Mainly I ignored it because I just had a little numbness and some tingling but not much. In my earlier searches for information and causes one of the things I ran across was statin induced peripheral neuropathy. My PCP tried to put me on a statin but I told her I would work on lowering my cholesterol without using the drugs since I didn't want to make my neuropathy any worse. It might be worth discussing with your doctor and learning of alternative ways to lower your cholesterol numbers.

My cholesterol medicine that I am now taking is Pravastatin. Please let me know if this might be relevance to my legs. I am not taking any other prescription medicine. I only take over the counter vitamin, etc.
