IPPB is an older form of respiratory therapy machine, Intermittent Positive Pressure Breathing, that has largely been replaced by hand-held nebulizers, and spirometers and/or PEP (positive expiratory pressure) devices for managing asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis...
As for warm mist nebulizers, I am not familiar with their use in treating bronchiectasis, or for delivering meds other than saline. That would be a question for your doctor.
