I have had this pain for almost a year ….had shots …therapy….9 doctors…I walk 8-10 miles a day play pickleball 2-3 hours a day …water aerobics 4 times a week never any pain ….sit down for 15 minutes hurts terribly…help !!!!!

Hello @jim19608, Welcome to Connect. Not much worse that sitting down to rest and being greeted by pain. I sometimes have pain in my tailbone area when sitting for too long. Is your pain in the tailbone area or on the sides of buttocks?
