Replies to "I wonder what it means when one leg's calf is two inches larger than the other...."
My right thigh is one inch smaller in diameter than my left due to stretching of femoral nerve during right hip replacement causing atrophy and weakness in right quad muscle.
@deanna2, Have you been checked by a cardiologist for vascular circulation problems in your legs? My right leg calf was always a little larger than the left when they were both had some swelling in them. The doctor checked for blood clots and also checked the circulation in my legs then ran a lymphoscintagram test to check them (https://www.radiologyinfo.org/en/info/lympho). I was diagnosed with lymphedema (https://www.circulationfoundation.org.uk/help-advice/other-vascular-information/lymphoedema) and now wear compression socks which really helps.
