Hi Mary @marygarcia47175, Welcome to Connect. I'm sorry to hear you are struggling to get a good nights sleep. Have you been diagnosed with sleep apnea? Just wondering if you are describing a problem with your CPAP mask and struggling to breath using it?

@johnbishop no I haven't been diagnosed with sleep apnea I have an appointment for a sleep study test on january 4th 2022 but i have been struggling to breathe at home while i'm sleeping
