My endocrinologist did tell me that, when you stop Prolia to go on a drug holiday, there is a period of rapid bone loss and she suggested that I do the annual Reclast infusion instead. I had my first Reclast infusion in August.

Hello @dgm123s It sure seems as though all the drugs for osteoporosis come with side effects, doesn’t it? Side effects also seem to depend on a woman’s health and ability to tolerate the side effects. I think you’ll notice that everyone here has different side effects and tolerated them differently.
