@rjwintl @amandajro My PSA was hovering around 3, first tested in 2011. My last reading, this year, was 6.9 so I went to the urologist. An ultrasound of the prostate was performed this year. My prostate is "slightly enlarged" was the diagnosis. I was told there is no reason for concern. The urologist said my Free PSA was 25 and anything above 10 is good. I got the impression that the Digital Rectal Exam (DRE) may be a better way of determining cancer than the PSA. I plan on following up yearly. My concern is that my father had his prostate removed many years ago. I'm not sure if it was diagnosed as cancerous though.
