Can you please share what the Mayo proprietary nasal spray is?
I’m using Xlear nasal cleansing bottle daily with their packets containing xylitol which moisturizes as well as cleans.

Hi @jetsetter, I shared the three ingredients in another post here - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/605757/. I imagine any compounding pharmacist/pharmacy can make the same spray.

It has a very strong steroid in it for inflamation.
