Yesterday I had severe stomach pain and broke out in a sweat, which lead to painful diarrhea and then nausea and throwing up. This happens a lot.

The dr had me do cat scan and swallow test.
Have you sought the advice of a physician? You need to!
Diet. You really have to follow the remission diet until you reach remission. Cutting back doesn’t help. One day at a time. Believe me I’ve had some flare ups along the way from straying out of my lane but it keeps getting closer to the day I can get back to some sort of normal living.
Have you been tested for C-Diff?
