Good afternoon @hello1234, @windyshores, I am very interested in this issue of which comes first. My endocrinologist told me that only Tymlos, Forteo, and Evenity have the ability to grow new bone. Prolia was the medication recommended to me to maintain the progress made with Tymlos over a two-year span of injections.
Prolia infusions are twice a year........and are possibly a lifetime medication in order to prevent fractures that are known to occur when Prolia is discontinued or interrupted. What have you learned and please share how the information was given to you?

May you have peace and ease today.
Chris

Hi @artscaping ! Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your questions either. I am hoping @windyshores may know 🙂 I have the same questions. My local endocrinologist was not very clear on all of the options. He recommended Prolia because I didn't have a fracture yet. I am not totally confident that a -3.4 score should be treated with Prolia instead of something like Forteo.

@artscaping ...one more question. What is your T score?
