Anyone Tried Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?

I've been in a CBT program for a year. It provides me w positive thoughts and steps for a future, and does not dwell on the past. It builds thoughts of self-esteem and "can do" attitudes. I don't journal, as I can't concentrate right now. The CBT therapist is very supportive of my decisions to make changes to medications, get Neuropsychological testing, change physicians--all things hard to do without positive feedback.

How wonderful that you have so many support systems in place, @linamend! It does take a great deal of diligence to make changes in your thinking and mood.
