I'm glad that you've found CBT helpful.

I'd enjoy hearing more about your experience with CBT, for example, how long have you been working with this program? What are some of the signs that this is helping you? Are you journaling as you read?

I've been in a CBT program for a year. It provides me w positive thoughts and steps for a future, and does not dwell on the past. It builds thoughts of self-esteem and "can do" attitudes. I don't journal, as I can't concentrate right now. The CBT therapist is very supportive of my decisions to make changes to medications, get Neuropsychological testing, change physicians--all things hard to do without positive feedback.
