I don’t know enough about Medical Insurance these days to even recommend a company. I don’t know if high-quality private health insurance is even available these days. It seems like everyone has jumped on the Medicare part C advantage plans, HMO/PPO band wagon which in my opinion is nothing more than an accelerated death sentence.
Best insurance we ever had was through the Principal Financial Group which was/is a private insurance and it was excellent but extremely expensive. But anything and everything was always paid no questions asked ever, no test or treatment ever denied. I’d recommend a medical insurance broker who deals with all types of Medical insurance.
