Richard, the one thing I didn't see mentioned was antidepressant therapy. I'm guessing you've been there but it has been beneficial for many, I'm unfortunately not one of them. I use Baclofen for muscle spasm and increasing my dose to 4x day has helped me control my nighttime leg issue and improved my sleep.
