You sound similar to me except mine is mostly left sided plus central things (except for my tongue/ throat). Mine reacts well to steroids but that doesn’t seem to be a solution. Did you ever find some relief?
Hello, I have been on Lyrica for about a year. Terrible pain in the left side of my jaw, Pregabalin seems to be the answer for me. Currently taking 50 mg twice a day, but I was on 75 mg 3 times a day, and sleeping 18 hours a day. I have Ambesole (baby teething Medication) that I rub on my gums when ever they begin to hurt. Gives me enough relief I can eat my food, but I have not found a solution to be able to brush my teeth. Have you been placed on any stretching exercises? I have two knee replacements, 2 hip replacements, and a shoulder replacement. Occasionally I have muscle spasms, and if I begin stretching exercises the pain goes away. I do not know if this would be helpful to you, but you might check with your doctor.
I have tried almost everything for head pain stem cell therapy is expensive and their is no real studies about neuropathy and it’s effect. But look into everything , go see another neurologist get a new prospective.
I am not diagnosed with anything but I have every one of your symptoms. Burning-stinging -numbness-faciculations-everywhere. My toes cramp and my legs are always cramping. I have had MRI’s-skin biopsies and many blood tests. All unremarkable. I take 900mg gabapentin and 40 mg Nortripline. Helps with the pain but I still feel every symptom and it is always progressing . My strength is good and tests are negative- my doctors offer no more suggestions. They appear to not be particularly concerned but don’t ignore my concerns. I want my body that I recognized my whole life back. It’s just sad. I am not giving up and I want answers-in the meantime I let the doctors treat my pain best they can. I wish you answers-try to concentrate on the things they can rule out. It might be
Reassuring and help you to not be so fearful.
