I have the apple watch 4 and it is excellent for tracking AFIB. The apple watch was recommended by my cardiologist and it tracks your heart rate every minute. The hearwatch app is in partnership with the Heart Foundation. All data can be downloaded for your doctor and you have the ability to do an ECG. For me, this has been extremely helpful when discussing things with my doctor because I have the data to backup what I am saying.
