Hello @citizenottawa, Welcome to Connect. Keep up the great work on the weight loss and healthy eating! Earlier in this discussion @LeeAase shared that his wife had stage 3 kidney disease and now has normal kidney function due to the changes she made - here is the post by Lee - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/597944/

@gingerw shared the following information earlier in the discussion on page 1 but I thought I would repeat it here for you. -- The American Society of Nephrology posted this article about IF and kidney disease https://www.asn-online.org/education/kidneyweek/2020/program-abstract.aspx?controlId=3448574

I'm sure your doctor is extremely happy with your progress. Have you discussed your concerns or questions with your doctor?

Thanks so much for your reply, John. I didn’t speak to my doctor! I was in for a diabetes check. The nurse shared the information. I requested an appointment with the doctor. I’m waiting to hear back. Thanks again for your reply. It really means a lot.
