I have gluten insensitivity and when I make a mistake I can feel that awful flushing. Mine is usually limited to face and torso. Flushing may be the symptom to track down and good luck with that. Look at every med, possibilities of mold, everything you eat drink or breath and unfortunately FEEL, emotions too can be a trigger. I am paying attention and am having some luck. Drink huge amounts of water if it is flushing and try to be calm, relax. Highly counterintuitive to relax, but it helps me. Good luck
Welcome, Abby. Did you discover that you have a gluten intolerance in general? What other ways has avoiding wheat helped you?
