Just to put it out there. How many people in this group were able to take the 3 antibiotics for at least a year?

Hi Sharon, I'm 70 diagnosed for 5 years. We all have or are getting gerd, probably the pills fault. I also have hiatal hernia, also probably the pills fault. I think any probiotic works, I just get them at Trader Joes. xo
@lindam272 - I'm going to try the criptolepsis and biden. @pfists (Sheri) has actually been taking these two herbs for awhile so I'm kind of following her lead. I read parts of the book about two months ago and its fascinating and scary at the same time. I believe there was also one more herb that can be taken also but I can't remember the name. I haven't ordered anything yet but I will soon. It's unbelievable the amount of knowledge this man has on herbs. I've been off the big 3 since last April and I don't want to ever have to do them again if I don't have to. Nan

Ringing of the ear can also be a problem of the liver. All med are hard on the liver and your liver might be congested. My health doctor recommended Milk Thistle in liquid. It is a big bottle of brown liquid. I can send you a picture in your private
message. No secondary effect to Milk Thistle it is a yellow flower.
For me herbs is the best solution. I do not feel sick at all. Keep us posted!
I have ringing in my ears. I might try the milk whistle.Does the ringing go away you take it?
I have had ringing in my ears since taking the big three, it is a listed side effect. I stopped medications a year ago, and it has not gone away.
@luvocean. You won’t know if you din’t try! It will help detox your liver so it is a win win worth a try! It could also be something else causing the ringing the ear. It could be tinnitus or ....

I am new to this sight. I am 69 and have been diagnosed for 8 months. I have GERD also, but otherwise healthy. I am not on any meds. Can you advise me which probiotic to take? There are so many to choose from.
